All prices displayed on the website are in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payment can be made through the payment methods available on our website. All payments must be made in full before the order is dispatched.

4. Orders & Delivery

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. We strive to deliver all orders within the estimated delivery time. However, delivery times may vary depending on your location and product availability. We deliver across Kuwait and aim to ensure your products arrive fresh and in perfect condition.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have a strict return policy. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.
